Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

  • We process orders within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • After your order is processed, we'll email you a confirmation with your order details.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (free on qualifying orders): 3–5 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days (available at checkout).

  • International Shipping: 7–14 business days depending on destination.

3. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Strategy

  • Free shipping on all U.S. orders over $40.

  • For orders under $40, a flat shipping rate of $5 will apply.

  • Expedited shipping: available at additional cost at checkout.




5. Order Tracking + Notifications

  • Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number.

  • You can track your package directly using that number — we’ll send updates so you're never in the dark.

  • We may also send SMS updates if you opted in

6. Handling Shipping Delays

  • While we aim to deliver in the timeframes listed above, delays can happen (e.g., due to weather, carrier issues, etc.).

  • If your order hasn't shipped within 3 business days or hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe + 2 extra days, please reach out to us at [support@alphagripz.com] and we’ll help you sort it out.

7. International Orders 

  • For international customers, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply. These are not included in the price or shipping cost — these are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • We recommend checking your country’s import policy before placing an order.
